Architecture and design is a process. While every project is unique and follows is own trajectory, there is a process that, when followed, will provide desirable outcomes.

A typical project will consist of several phases Pre Design Phase (PD), Design Phase (SD/DD), Construction Documents Phase (CD), Filling/Approval Phase (F/A), and finally the Construction Phase.

There are key objectives at each phase that build on the previous phases culminating in a comprehensively developed plan.
